"content": "Hon. Speaker, I am coming to the same point you have raised. It is therefore important that we deal with the institutions and agree with you that we will look at all the institutions in place. I will also call for calm. I do not think this matter has left the confines of the coalition such that it is unable to deal with it. I think the coalition is perfectly able to deal with it. Therefore, I partly agree with Hon. Duale on that small aspect but I agree with you that we leave this matter with the coalition to deal with it."
