    "content": "The main objective of this Bill is to amend the Public Trustee Act, Cap. 168 and the reason is to align it with the Constitution of Kenya as a priority. Also, to enhance good governance, expand the scope of the functions of the Public Trustee and finally to reduce the time taken to administer the estates of the deceased persons, which is very important. Public Trustee is a very important Amendment Bill. There are many Kenyans who go through a lot of difficulties when it comes to administration of the estates left by deceased persons."
