I hope we can deal with such an Act in a better manner today than it was at that particular time. The Office of the Public Trustee was created under the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs. That is why even today the old Act makes reference to a Minister. After promulgating the Constitution 2010, those titles ceased to be. The Office of the Public Trustee, as it has always been, falls under the Office of the Hon. Attorney-General. This is why we are saying the reference to the Minister should be deleted, and we make reference to the Hon. Attorney- General."
