    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the amendments to the Public Trustee Bill of 2017. I have noted that Clause 17 of the principal Act is amended by inserting the following new sections immediately after Section 27 – “The Unclaimed Financial Assets Act shall not apply to the Public Trustee.” I wish to propose that when this Bill goes to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs there be a mutual cooperation between the Public Trustee and the body that deals with Unclaimed Financial Assets Act. It is important to identify if for any reason some of the assets that were to be managed under the Public Trustee Act may be with the body that deals with unclaimed financial assets."
