    "content": "There were times when cases were decided under this Act. The offender is charged and convicted but the exhibit is left with the police or with other people and the same infringement continues. This Act has come up with a clause which says that once somebody has been convicted of an offence in this Act, the materials used as exhibits or were confiscated should be destroyed so stop continuation of same rot."
