There are so many issues that if I were to comment on each one of them, I would need two days in terms of analyzing them properly. However, I will touch on a few of them. There is the issue of non-disclosure of local revenue collection. We, as Senators, should not just be told that there is non-disclosure of revenue collection by counties every other year. There is also need to consider some motivation for governors. Honestly, some action needs to be taken as this is a big accountability issue. They then question the role of Senators in terms of dealing with such issues yet governors are violating this year- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes"
