    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Member of Parliament for Karachuonyo for that question. However, you are aware that in the last financial year, every constituency was given Kshs5 million for the youth polytechnics. That was meant to provide equipment for all the constituencies that submitted their lists. The equipment was supposed to enhance the technical skills of the youth so that they are able to get employment both in the formal and informal sectors."
