On the Statement requested by Mr. Mbau, I would also wish to ask the Attorney-General to state why he has never revised the law as amended in last year’s Finance Bill in the way agents of MCSK are collecting the so-called royalties and why one year later, they still have agents terrorizing people all over the city and in other parts of the country while the law has been amended. We want the Attorney-General to table the procedures in this House."
