    "content": "I also note that this Bill has taken into account the Marrakesh Treaty on matters to do with piracy. That is very important because issues of copyright are global and crosscutting and therefore it is important that we have an international aspect to it. This is a very important Bill. I am aware that it has gone through the relevant committee, but I think Members of this House who are from various disciplines, especially IT where I belong, will be coming with specific amendments on some of the clauses so that we make this Bill even better.
