    "content": "First of all, the Bill seeks to help commercialise the talents our youth have and protect their rights. I was reading again that Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing cities in the world and it is not because of anything else, but talent, art, music and drama. This Bill could not have come at a better time. We need to commercialise our talents, be it the people who are bringing innovative ideas in ICT or in the music industry to ensure that we harness what these talents bring for them, so that they can make a living out of them. They can be the job creators of tomorrow. With those few remarks, I beg to support. Thank you."
