    "content": "The Bill introduces changes that will ensure that building activities in the country meet international standards. This is very important. They will meet the international scope of works outlined for building survey. Currently, our country is experiencing a lot of growth in the real estate that is stimulated by both local and foreign investors. Such a Bill will increase their confidence in the Kenyan market. I am sure Kenya is headed in the right direction because of the laws we make in this House. I urge Kenyans that the way we are not ready to compromise the standards of leadership, we must also not compromise professionalism and on any development in this country. I am sure we will be taken seriously in the world. Thank you, I support the Bill."
