    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is a good question. We are not only doing the survey in Wamba or within his district. We are carrying out a survey countrywide in order for us to agree on which police post to be upgraded and which one to be left. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you are aware that we have a place in Bungoma called Ndalu Settlement Scheme which has a similar problem. We have a lot of criminal activities within Kimilili Town and Kiminini and both places have police stations. So, that survey will give us an indication which police station we should upgrade. In fact, we will also include Kimilili Police Station to be a fully fledged police division. In the same vein, I want to say that in places where we have police stations and there is some laxity, I am going to make heads roll. I will remove those police officers who are not working and retain those who are working. This will also happen in Ndalu, Kimilili, Kiminini and Wamba."
