    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I wish to support the Building Surveyors Bill. This Bill will help in improving the housing industry in our country. Many building have collapsed in the past because of poor management and lack of professionalism in the people concerned. So, with this Bill, the professionalism that is needed in the industry will be felt. With the establishment of the proposed board, clear structures of how to manage the building surveyors will be put in place. I support the Bill."
