    "content": "I am also happy to see the issue of gender representation especially at the board level in Part II of the Bill. It is well captured that there should be no more than two-thirds of either gender. This professional field is dominated by the male gender. We need to give our ladies and daughters a role to play when it comes to issues of building. I am also happy that the provisions dealing with the board are well captured especially the board membership in terms of removal and other issues. That is well articulated in the Bill so that issues of witch-hunt may not come in. It provides that whoever will serve on the board must be of integrity and professionalism to continue serving on the board. With those few remarks, I support the Bill. Thank you."
