    "content": "Parliament will not engage in irrelevant sideshows that we saw last time. In fact, we would have elected Members to EALA before we went to elections. However, for some strange reasons, one of the Houses of Parliament frustrated the process until the elections could not be held causing a stalemate in Arusha because the Parliament cannot be constituted until all the representatives of the five Member States are in the House of EALA. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to encourage ourselves because the little time we have been sitting since elections, we have done very little work. I hope that whatever that has been piling up between now and the 13th, when we vote for EALA, we do as much as we possibly can. Lastly, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to still encourage a bi-partisan approach in the management of non-contentious issues on the Floor of this House. I support, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
