    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me a chance to also join my other colleagues in mourning our colleague. I interacted with him in the 11th Parliament when he was serving as the Minority Leader in the National Assembly. Hon. Francis Nyenze was a very humble and educated man. He was also a role model to some of us who were young politically by then. On my own behalf, my family and the people of Kajiado County, I wish to send our heartfelt condolences to the people of Kitui County which is also our neighbouring county. We shall miss this humble leader. I pray that God gives peace to his family. May he rest in peace."
