    "content": "As many have said, Hon. Nyenze was first of all the first Leader of the Minority Party under the new Constitution promulgated in 2010. We worked with him in the 11th Parliament both at the leadership of this House, Committee on Appointments and in House Business Committee. In plenary or Floor of this House, Hon.
