"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Bill also stipulates the guarantee bond or policy insurance to be issued by an insurance company. Furthermore, it has stated the stipulated amount to be carried by an individual, two or more individuals or a corporate body. In this respect no one is going to con another person by lying to them that they need to pay a certain amount of money because everybody shall have known the amount supposed to be paid for the services. There are not going to be any shortcuts. We all know that there are many shortcuts in this field, many dirty deals and many things that are done to the public and the public cannot do anything because there is no law which governs the building surveyors."
