When I had a brief intervention on the CDF Bill, I did not take the opportunity to pass condolences on my own behalf, my family and my constituents to the family of the departed Member of Kitui West, Hon. Nyenze. As everybody has said, he was a man of great humility. He stuck to his views, but with humility and no aggression at all. He had a lot of flexibility, very much unlike what you see amongst us politicians. He paid great attention to detail. I had opportunity to work with him when he was the Leader of the Minority. He always wanted all Members to be well informed on what was being discussed.
