Before I speak on the Bill, I want to pass my condolences on my behalf and that of the people of Gatanga, to the family of the late Hon. Nyenze. Many Members have talked about professionals in the building sector. I want to assure Members that Kenyans who work in the building sector are very well trained. You have seen very nice buildings. You can see we are working in a very good Chamber and I am sure it was designed by a Kenyan. If you go Westlands or Upper Hill, you will see very beautiful buildings.
