    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to add my voice in support of this Bill. Before that, I would like to pass my condolences to the family of the late Hon. Nyenze and the people of Kitui for the demise of Hon. Nyenze. He came from the Wiper Party which I subscribe to. I am a Member of the Wiper fraternity and I come from Northern Kenya. I am the only Member of Wiper Party from northern Kenya. It is my feeling that I should make an obligation to pass my condolences to the people of Kitui and to the party as a whole. We have lost a leader and a key person in the leadership of Wiper.
