    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, according to Article 43(1) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya, every Kenyan has a right to the highest attainable standard of health. I would like the Assistant Minister to table two reports, so that we can play the oversight role. First, he should table the report on which the Government spent Kshs400 million on the broad-based taskforce, so that we can know what they recommended. Secondly, he should give us the report by the Government stating what it wants to do so as to be compliant with Section 43(1) (a) of the Constitution of Kenya."
