    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the chance that you have given me although I wanted to contribute to the Building Surveyors Bill. Let me add my voice to this killing of innocent people. It is very sad that at this age people are still being killed by their neighbours who have formed groups calling themselves armies of the people or enemies of the people. It is timely that Hon. Barasa has brought this Motion, so that we can add our voice because it is very bad to kill another person who was not sick."
