    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I condole with my colleagues. Since I come from Busia, we are neighbours with Bungoma. Whatever happens in Bungoma affects us in Busia directly or indirectly. I must hasten to mention that the criminal activities, killings, maiming, rape and the rest of heinous crimes in Bungoma are becoming predictable. Often we hear from the news and get reports on the ground of murders, invasion of private properties and generally this issue needs to be addressed once and for all."
