    "content": "This is a timely Motion. I plead with the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources and the Committee on Implementation not to let this Motion remain as it is. It needs to be followed up. The Committee on Implementation that will be formed - and I am happy the Chair will come from the Minority side - I ask whoever will be lucky enough to be elected by the Members to chair that Committee to make sure that this Motion is implemented this time round so that in five years’ time, we can realise even 5 per cent forest cover in this country. Many of the problems that we have shall have been sorted out."
