Allow me to send my message of condolence to the people of Kitui West, the family and friends of Hon. Francis Nyenze who has just passed on. My constituency is 95 per cent desert. The Kenya Forest Service has not even told us the right trees to be planted. We need to have a soil analysis done on all regions and constituencies so that we know what type of trees to plant.
