"content": " On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the hon. Mr. Washiali in order to mislead this House that the Speaker gave directions in a way he has purported it was given; that there shall be no evictions until the Committees have looked into the matter when the Speaker was very specific? That was the day before yesterday. He said that there shall be no evictions between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning when I come to answer the questions on Kyang’ombe. We respected that. There were no instructions following yesterday about any evictions. In any case, following separation of powers, the House will not be giving instructions to the Executive or the courts in terms of what happens. However, is he in order to mislead the House that the Speaker gave those instructions and purport to use that to institute the measures he is purporting to do?"
