"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a serious matter. Last time, the hon. Senator requested up to today. Last time, he asked for two weeks but we generated down to today. The Members of County Assembly (MCAs) and the County Assembly of Machakos are suffering because His Excellency the Governor of Machakos has decided to punish them simply because they did not approve the County Executive Committee (CEC) Members. So, any delay will bring the business of the County of Machakos to a halt. Be specific on when you will deliver the Statement next week. Let us not prolong it. I am aware that you have prolonged the House up to 15th December, 2017. Indicate the date but if you can give your response latest by Tuesday, I will be satisfied."
