    "content": "Further, I appointed a conciliator on 17th June, 2010 in accordance with Section 62 of Labour Relations, Act 2007 and discussions which will determine the way forward are currently ongoing between parties. The conciliation activity was expected to be concluded within three months as stipulated in the Labour Relations Act, but due to the nature of the dispute the parties requested for more time. The report is expected to be submitted by the end of this month, November, 2010."
