    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support the Motion and the Report. I have a few quick comments. This was timely but it happened so fast. Most of us were not aware that we should submit comments on this Report. I hope we shall get a chance down the road so that if there are sufficient changes to be made, the Committee can be generous enough to look at it again. I have a comment on the issue of the Parliamentary Service Commission. Without in any way repeating what others have already said, from the comments of the Leader of the Minority Party and others, there is a rush for Members to get into the PSC. This shows that the PSC is very popular. I guess it has a lot of benefits to the House. I request the Committee to look at the possibility of introducing a one-term limit for hon. Members sitting in the PSC. There should be no need for Members to serve over and over again in the Commission. Hon. Speaker, I know you are consulting with the Deputy Majority Whip."
