    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I fully agree with the rationale of how busy the Committee is and the mutation question. However, a committee of 27 Members, including the chair is the size of the old committees which we had. I was in the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning and the number of Members was not enough. We should have had a bigger number of Members in that Committee. This number is rather modest. I doubt that it will help meet that objective of mutation fully while giving the critical number."
