    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I strongly support increasing the number of members of the Implementation Committee to 22. This is the most important committee for this House. If the Executive is to be assured that it should not take this House for granted, this is the committee that will ensure that any decision we make in form of Motions or asking Cabinet Secretaries questions through departmental committees or any decision that is made is implemented. Unfortunately, it is has not been very effective in the past. It is a very effective and important committee of this House. Because of that, I support the increase of its membership to 22."
