I think it is fair for those of us who are coming for the first time to learn how the Committee of the whole House runs. You have seen you have led us through the amendments of the legislation first. Then, we have come to deal with the New Clauses. Then, we will go to the Schedule. When we come to the New Clauses, we are not amending; we are Reading them for the First Time. These are all contained in the Standing Orders. When you are regular in the Chamber, you do not have to read every page; you will get by way of practice. I think we should know where we are.
