    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I missed to comment on the previous one but I can get it by virtue of recommittal. On this one, my only comment is that it is a great idea to have this as a free standing Committee. But, I hope they will help and promote it so that Parliament as a whole has their own dedicated broadcast channels that are available and if possible, be run overnight. We ought to be part of the educational programming that is available in the country. This issue of sharing the Kenya Broadcasting (KBC) channel was a good start. I think we should go beyond that. I support."
