    "content": "I was saying that we were about to look for the Serjeant-At-Arms to trace your whereabouts but luckily you showed up. The proceedings of the House are so important that not even a policeman can stop you when coming for the business of the House. I am asking for the ruling of the Chair because it is totally out of order for the Government to miss business and totally be absent from the proceedings of the House. I am aware that they are having serious troubles within themselves but there should be no parliamentary party meeting during the proceedings of the House. That is the ruling I am seeking from you as the Chair."
