Whether that court order was addressed to the Government Printer as a party in the matter and when they received the documents for gazettement from the Ligale Commission, whether it was before the court order was served. If so, the Ligale Commission having delivered the document for gazettement, whether, indeed, this Commission had become functus officio in the matter."
