I want to seek clarification on the following; that the IIBRC is, indeed, a boundaries commission which was mandated to go and review and delineate specific boundaries which boundaries the public was to know thereafter; that if a constituency has been subdivided, we were supposed to know that these are the specific boundaries by way of a river, road or ridge. I would like to know whether we now know, for instance, the boundaries of Roysambu Constituency and those of Ruaraka Constituency."
