    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Awendo constituents whom I represent are dependent on sugar for their livelihood. I represent sugarcane farmers, South Nyanza (SONY) Sugar Company and its employees. These people are directly affected by challenges in the sugar industry and this formed my decision to present this Motion on regulating licensing of new sugar factories."
