    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to support this Motion fully. It was raised by my colleague who is the Chair of the caucus and we are waiting to come up with an Act which will be implemented. We want to urge the Government to move with speed to investigate some of these guys who are setting up factories to hoodwink us, but turn out to be a very heavy cartel of big people in this country and very highly placed in this Government who import sugar, bring it to the factories, repackage it and supply it to the local market."
