    "content": "The other thing is poor enforcement of traffic rules. We all know what motivates most traffic police officers and NTSA officers is not enforcement of traffic rules. It is how much money they will put in their pockets that day. So, we need to be very firm, especially with NTSA because this has become a cash cow. They have become negative contributors to road safety."
