I would also like to join my colleagues in congratulating the nine members who have just been elected by this House. I specifically congratulate Jematiah Sergon from Baringo County and wish her success as she serves us in Arusha. As we come to the closure of the year, I would also like to wish all the members of this House and my constituents a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2018.
