    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The reason we had post-election violence was because people were fighting for justice. The reason we passed a new Constitution was because we wanted people to have justice. Going forward, we would not want anything that does not provide justice to affect us all. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to ask the Assistant Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs to clarify whether the formula that was supposed to be applied in creating the new constituencies was applied and whether there is justice. We should not find a constituency with high population being left out and one with low population being split into two. Could he clarify whether justice has been done?"
