    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Sen. Ndwiga, maybe your blood sugar levels are diminishing. I am conscious of that fact. We should speed up. However, if we are going to work together as a House of reason, union and that adopts a bipartisan approach, then we should also look at these committees. The chairmanship and vice-chairmanship should be shared in a manner that creates an atmosphere which will be conducive to the functioning well and optimally of the committees. With those few remarks, I support."
