    "content": "have some sort of checks so that these Committees are well constituted and the right capabilities have been well distributed. This is because, looking at some of the Committees, very homogeneous groups form the Committee Members, for example, certain leadership is entirely in one Committee and I kept wondering whether it is good for us. I am sure you have the list. That was the question that came to mind. While I know every effort has been made and all trade-offs have been made, I kept wondering whether there was any system of checks and balances to ensure that the right capabilities have been distributed to the different places. With all that said, this was a very good effort on the part of the leadership."
