    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I stand to support this Motion as well. As others have pointed out, the issue of audit alone will not be helpful. Audit and report will only give us a booklet which will not be helpful to us. I also suggest that we go the select committee way as suggested by Sen. Poghisio. That way, we will have a select committee which will do the auditing and other things. The issue of infrastructure should also be added to the Motion, as Sen. (Dr.) Milgo has said, so that the national Government deals with the numbers only and other resources go to the county governments. When you go round this country, as Sen. (Prof.) Ongeri said, many Kenyans do not know where Kenya really is. Of late, many people have gone back to their cocoons. They do not even know their counties well The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes"
