    "content": "Thank you. Let me just cut to the chase and congratulate Sen. Khaniri for this very timely Motion. I rise to support and congratulate my colleague Sen. Khaniri for this timely intervention and Motion which of course, as everybody else has said, perhaps needs to be looked more holistically. We need to look at the whole question of education, not just an audit but all aspects of its rights-based approach that covers every aspect of education so that it is quality, rights based and considers every aspect of barriers that face people with regard to access to education. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, when I began, I said I would not do justice to the people of northern Kenya if I did not say something especially as a woman from there. This is because sometimes when you come home and say hello to the people from northern Kenya, they say to you: “How is Kenya?” Of course, this is not new and everybody knows this. Thank you for passing and forgiving me for saying that we are not considered to be part of Kenya sometimes. It is because of these aspects of education.
