    "content": "Thank you Mr. Deputy, Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity. I thank my colleagues who have made very valuable contributions to this Motion. I am very happy that the support for the Motion has been overwhelming and this shows that there is a problem. Despite the fact that our blood sugar levels are low - we are tired and have been sitting here for the last nine hours - Members have braved all that to sit here and make contributions to this particular Motion. It tells you clearly that there is a problem and it must be addressed. I have listened to all the Members who have contributed and what I read from most of the contributions is that people are skeptical about the implementation of this Motion, even if we passed it. People are questioning how the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) can audit themselves."
