    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have been persuaded that we seek adjournment of debate on this Motion, pursuant to Standing Order 99 (1), so that we can have an inclusive one. Standing Order 99 (1) says:- “A Senator who wishes to postpone to some future occasion the further discussion of a question which has been proposed from the Chair may, for reasons stated, claim to move “That the debate be now adjourned,” or, in the Committee of the Whole “That the Chairperson do report progress.”"
