    "content": "Thank you Hon. Speaker. Before I contribute, there was a very good point of order I had. I do not know if it has been overtaken by events. That is under Standing Order 107. It is good that we are just starting the 12th Parliament. It is good that we start on a very good footing and in a very orderly manner. Standing Order 107 (1)(a) states: “A Member commits an act of gross disorderly conduct if the Member – (a) defies a ruling or direction of the Speaker or Chairperson of Committees.” Hon. Speaker, you have just ruled that the Leader of the Minority Party has defied a direction of Hon. Speaker. Further, sub-clause (3) states that the Speaker may call a member whose conduct is grossly disorderly to order, and shall order the member to withdraw immediately from the precincts of the Assembly for a minimum of five days and a maximum of 28 days, including the day of suspension."
