    "content": "Hon. Speaker, there was an issue I was asking for your indulgence and ruling. The matter that is supposed to be addressed by this Motion is supposed to be taken to the Committee on Appointments and I said we have not yet submitted the names to that Committee. I think it is tidy to call the House at that point in time so that you can bring the Communication from the appointing authority and we can also see whether we can form the Committee on Appointments and then have the matter committed to a full committee of the House.
